The impressive project comprises 180 residential units and an innovative business centre.
The project consists of three vertical buildings, for which Zwarthout l Shou Sugi Ban was asked to burn wood as cladding for one whole building. Our burnt and brushed wood with fire class B,
called Shodoshima, was chosen to clad the facades and balconies.
This provides a unique and particularly beautiful image for passers-by.
